Program Management
  • Develop a program charter, including articulation of program roadmap, scope, business objectives, key activities, dependencies, risks, roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop a detailed program implementation plan against approved program roadmap.
  • Establish ePBC Program Governance structure and report program progress through this committee, outlining the project’s overall status, identified risks, schedule and budget
  • Develop / Support the development of detailed project proposals for identified projects; work with stakeholders to define project objectives, gather project requirements and estimate timelines, budgets and benefits.
  • Execute program implementation plan in accordance with program & project methodologies and manage scope throughout the project governance & gating cycle.
  • Engage and evaluate vendors against products and services offered, including leading cross-functional vendor evaluation team to recommend products and services choice to project sponsors.
  • Review and manage vendor contracts, statements of work, and overall vendor relationship.
  • Define quality requirements and ensure the right systems are in place and applied.
  • Provide clear and focused leadership for the project team to create a vision for process success and consensus on goal realization; communicate effectively with project team and stakeholders
  • Apply superior conflict management skills and expertise to persuade and negotiate effective resolution of issues/disputes
  • Effectively manage multiple stakeholders of all organizational levels while building and maintaining healthy stakeholder relationships; stakeholders include technical resources, internal staff, subject matter experts, contractors and vendors
  • Effectively facilitate discussions with other project managers, business managers, and directors
  • Develop project documentation in accordance with standard templates

Required Qualifications or Experience

  • Demonstrated experience on leading digitization related initiatives.
  • Previous experience engaging, evaluating and selecting vendors in relations to digitization capabilities and/or delivery.
  • Knowledge in the following areas: Document / Content Management, content Migration, Digital scanning & management, Robotics Process Automation, Business Workflow Management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of program and project management principles and methodologies as well as change management practices
  • Demonstrated experience as a program manager of multi-stakeholder projects for a large complex organization across all project phases delivering projects greater than $1M
  • Capability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse groups, executives, managers, subject matter experts and other project stakeholders
  • Demonstrated knowledge of development, QA procedures, documentation and testing
  • Team-oriented individual willing to share and contribute knowledge with the team
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • must have strong presentation skills and able to communicate in professional and organized manner

Preferred Qualifications or Experience

  • Previous experience implementing scanning / digital document management projects.
  • Formal project management or business training and/ or certification (Prince 2, PMP, SAFe, Scrum/ Agile, ITIL, Lean)
  • A degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field
  • Experience in Health, Insurance and/or Financial industries and environments
  • Knowledge in document capture, ingestion & classification
